Research The Centre for Education, Research and Development (CERD) is committed towards advancing excellence in academia and school education through two primary domains of engagement.

  • Academic Empowerment for Assistant Professorship Aspirants At this stage of inception, CERD provides specialised research guidance and mentoring to individuals aspiring to secure assistant professorships. Recognising the challenges faced by candidates without formal affiliations to universities or research institutions, CERD offers personalised support designed to enhance Academic Performance Indicator (API) scores. Through expert mentoring, innovative tools, and structured research assistance, we enable aspirants to achieve academic distinction and position themselves as future leaders in higher education. Our mission is to democratise access to quality research guidance, ensuring that scholarly advancement is not limited by institutional constraints.
  • Accreditation and Capacity Building for Schools : CERD is equally dedicated to strengthening the educational ecosystem at the primary, secondary, and higher secondary levels. We provide comprehensive accreditation assistance to schools, ensuring alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 guidelines. Our interventions encompass curriculum design, teacher training, and infrastructure development, thereby fostering institutional growth and elevating standards of educational delivery. By supporting schools in achieving accreditation and excellence, CERD contributes to the creation of sustainable models of quality education.
  • Our Commitment : Through these dual initiatives, CERD seeks to generate a ripple effect of educational excellence. By empowering academic aspirants and uplifting schools, we aim to cultivate a new generation of scholars, educators, and institutions that embody the highest standards of knowledge, innovation, and leadership.
